"SOME OF THE MOST COURAGEOUS PEOPLE
I HAVE EVER MET ARE THE ONES WHO WALK THROUGH
MY OFFICE DOOR."

MY APPROACH
A PLACE TO FOCUS ON YOU
Therapy is a place to step away from the demands of everyday life and focus entirely on you. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and look more closely at the patterns, relationships, and circumstances that may be keeping you stuck.
My approach is warm, engaged, and collaborative. I won't simply sit back and listen—I will be an active participant in our work together, offering insight, perspective, and honest feedback while helping you identify meaningful and practical ways forward.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes knowing that something needs to change is enough.
PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH
I believe meaningful change begins with understanding—not judging—ourselves. The ways we think, feel, relate, and respond to life develop for reasons, even when those patterns eventually stop serving us.
Therapy gives us the opportunity to understand those patterns with curiosity and compassion, while also recognizing where change is possible. My goal is to help you develop greater clarity about yourself, strengthen your ability to trust your own judgment, and make choices that create a life and relationships that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I bring more than 25 years of clinical experience in the mental health field to my work as a therapist. My early clinical experience included working with disadvantaged children and families and with victims of violent crime, giving me a strong foundation in trauma, resilience, relationships, and the complexity of human behavior.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College. I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2005 and went on to establish my private practice.
Throughout my career, I have continued to build on that foundation through advanced training, professional consultation, workshops, and ongoing study. I believe that extensive clinical experience matters—and that remaining current, curious, and engaged in the field matters too.
